As you all know, the neighbors of Puerto Rico are dear to me, as I used to serve San Juan, PR, daily in my Twin Otter during my days with the Virgin Islands Seaplane Shuttle. They are a beautiful people! Coincidentally, I helped evacuate our fleet to Puerto Rico, not once, but twice, during two separate hurricanes bearing down on our home port of St. Croix!
