I was asked to speak a few words on behalf of airline crews, in a beautiful and moving speech written by one of our flight attendants.

A Serendipitous 9/11 Story
Before our speech, I had time to wander among the memorial field of US flags—one flag for every victim lost on 9/11.
Picking a flag at random, I read the victim’s name. Low and behold, it was one of the United Airlines captains lost that day!
It was as if he had beckoned me, one Captain to another!
#NeverForget!
